REMAC TY 酒店丨绿色数字化设计，美学与自然的融合/山水庄园酒店 ' fill='%23FFFFFF'%3E%3Crect x='249' y='126' width='1' height='1'%3E%3C/rect%3E%3C/g%3E%3C/g%3E%3C/svg%3E) #01 SITUATION 项目概况 - ●  This homestay hotel is located in Sanshui, Foshan,covering an area of 8069 ㎡.This is where forests and wetlands meet. Abundant natural endowments offer the site with the best privilege. The site enjoys unique transportation advantages with a school in the west, a hospital in the south and apartments in the north.  The project aims to create a space for comfort and leisure. Through dialogue between buildings and nature, the site allows people to enjoy a slow pace of life.   The hotel is surrounded by both hills and water. Nature is embodied everywhere.The layout focuses on the symbiosis of humans and nature. On the land of nature, the program offers a high-quality realm for living and entertainment. #02 ARCHITECTURAL 建筑设计 - ●● The buildings depict nature through their flowing roofs. It creates an image of the hillside against the sky.The building responds to nature in an abstract form. It looks soft and stiff. The facade expresses artistic feelings through its delicate selection of geometric and layered design language.Pure art is reflected through delicate workmanship. The spirit of workmanship is presented with Chinese characteristics.The realm delivers a sense of aesthetics and serenity in every corner.   The materials mainly choose light paint to make the building lithe and less uninteresting.The windows use dark aluminum sheets, dotted with a grill pattern, to highlight its features.  When modernity meets nature, stone paint on dark aluminum sheets stimulates and retains urban charm.Simplicity reflected in the design enhances sensibility and rationality. #03 INSIDE & OUTSIDE 内外空间 - ●●● The landscape is a union of purity and serenity, and is a regional synthesis that meets the human needs of natural spirit and cultural pursuit.       The boundary of the realm is blurred with grey space to make people feel tender and soft. In this fast-changing and competitive world, it is only natural that people seek a spiritual anchor.   Interior design infuses light, shadow and breeze into the realm to pursue the combination of nihility and reality. Modern Chinese characteristics are well presented in the ways of nature. The hotel combines nostalgia and homeliness with an aim to restore its original simplicity. The scale and material selection convey an impression of modest intimacy. #04 Digital Design BIM&智能化设计 - ●●●● A professional BIM is employed by the project to enhance collaboration between different professions and achieve the architectural image of graceful meandering with both hardness and softness. BIM concept of forward design drawing: from model to drawing, using 3D software as a tool, and taking into account the use of traditional drawing methods. The project realizes the informatization of hotel management and services through digitization and networking technology. Based on the individual needs of guests and improving the quality, efficiency and satisfaction of hotel management and services, it is designed to integrate information and communication technology with hotel management.
