Beyond serving as an engine for hundred-billion-yuan industrial clusters, and a contemporary vessel of Lingnan cultural heritage.

Emerging at this pivotal moment of urban evolution, Midea Excellence pays tribute to Beijiao's manufacturing DNA while poetically reinterpreting its aquatic legacy. Nestled along Midea Avenue's central axis, the project forms a cultural triad with the HE Art Museum and Civic Arts Center. True urban progress nurtures historical textures within modern design.

As Rainer Maria Rilke wrote, “The love of beauty is an essential part of all healthy human nature.” So too with design: only when spaces manifest cultural DNA can they achieve the essence of poetic dwelling.

As motorized blinds ascend on the 5.8-meter landscape balcony, the vista reveals Beijiao's "super aquatic corridor" outside, harmonizing with Lingnan-inspired indoors—a testament to the city's new paradigm.

As city and forest merge, we craft a "breathing community" rooted in Lingnan culture. Lingnan Forest Dwelling transcends housing—it is a living lab where nature and humanity waltz, reviving land memories through design and reconnecting urban life with nature’s pulse.

*Immersive Journey: Awakening the Senses

Begin at the 100-meter Forest Art Passage: dappled light through canopied walkways transforms homecoming into ritual. An infinity pool mirrors skies, dissolving edges between built and natural worlds. The 200㎡Bubble Garden, fragrant with healing flora, offers urbanites a breathing sanctuary—each space redefining Lingnan’s "forest aesthetics" for today.

*Symbiosis: Sustainable Landscapes

Guided by "Let Nature Lead", sun-drenched lawns, sunken bioswales, and seasonal plantings create ever-changing poetry. Treehouse playgrounds seed ecological curiosity in young explorers. Here, landscapes evolve with seasons, life flourishes in symbiosis.

The 500㎡Sun Meadow pulses as the community heart—spontaneous gatherings, laughter, shared moments. Seniors stroll forest-edged wellness trails; children decode nature through swings and climbs. Each homecoming is a garden voyage, framed by seasonal blooms.

Rooted in Japanese Zen-inspired aesthetics, our floating design alleviates the oppressive feeling of compact spaces. In the living area, a custom-built platform extends to the bay window, creating a versatile area serving both seating and lounging functions.

Material Poetics: Walls clad in textured plaster streamlining Shunde's bas-relief technique reveal tactile micro-grooves under fingertips; Flooring of hinoki finger-jointed panels engages gray walls in a "time versus rebirth" dialogue through contrasting growth ring patterns.

*Functional Artistry:

Folding Philosophy: Pre-installed sliding rail systems in the secondary bedroom wall enable convertible spaces – switching between fold-down bed mode and an open-plan family zone.

Culinary Curation: Hand-hammered copper panels beneath kitchen cabinets transform hung utensils into three-dimensional art installations.
