设计以“精工锻造”为核心理念，融合现代公建化美学与健康人居需求，通过理性秩序与感性细腻的平衡，打造兼具地标属性与人文关怀的医护工作者专属社区。

The design centers on "exquisite craftsmanship," merging contemporary public architecture with wellness-focused living to craft a landmark medical community that harmonizes structural precision with empathetic care.

项目以产品力提升为核心战略导向，深度聚焦轻奢品质的精研打造、景观资源的最大化利用，以及户型产品的多元化布局，全方位、系统性地满足医护家庭全生命周期的居住需求。

The project strategically elevates product excellence through refined light-luxury craftsmanship, optimized landscape integration, and diverse housing typologies to holistically address medical professionals' family lifecycle needs.

建筑立面设计，通过横向线条与竖向分割的穿插，形成简洁有力的几何构图，强化建筑体量的挺拔感与现代感。玻璃与仿石质感涂料的比例经过精密计算，既保证立面通透性，又通过材质对比凸显层次感，避免单调。

The design of the building facade uses the interweaving of horizontal lines and vertical divisions to form a concise yet powerful geometric composition, enhancing the sense of tall and straight and modernity of the building volume.

社区入口处采用干挂石材（如灰白色花岗岩）搭配真石漆，局部采用金属格栅与装饰线条，提升入口仪式感与精致度。主体建筑采用仿石质感涂料（如米白色多彩漆）与大面Low-E中空玻璃结合，降低能耗同时营造轻奢氛围。

At the community entrance, dry-hung stone materials (such as gray-white granite) are paired with real stone paint, with partial use of metal grilles and decorative lines to enhance the sense of ceremony and exquisiteness at the entrance.

隐藏式排水槽、一体化窗框设计，减少立面构件外露，强化整体统一性。顶部通过退台或金属挑檐设计，形成标志性轮廓，结合夜间灯光设计，打造区域视觉焦点。

Concealed drainage channels and integrated window frame designs reduce the exposure of facade components, enhancing the overall unity. The top part features a setback or metal overhang design, creates a visual focal point in the area.

景观设计以“森·和·美”为设计主题，嵌入“林居”概念，为医护工作者量身定制，打造智慧健康新型森氧社区。

The landscape design, themed "Forest, Harmony, Beauty" and centered on "forest-dwelling" principles, crafts a tailored, tech-integrated, health-focused forest oasis community for medical professionals.

设计以城市公园联动沿河景观带形成了一条连续的城市超级绿界。在此之上将绿色细密地织补进城市之中，以“点、线、面”的设计策略将社区与自然串联成了和谐稳定的“森林共同体”。

采用生物亲和性设计语言，将本土植被、跌水景观与天然石材进行艺术化重组，构建多维度的森态居住系统，为都市人群缔造"复得返自然"的沉浸式归家体验。

The design seamlessly integrates urban parks and riverside landscapes to create an expansive green corridor, employing a "point-line-surface" approach to weave nature into the urban fabric and establish an ecologically balanced forest-inspired residential ecosystem.

在空间营造层面，通过地形重塑技术消解入口2米高差，既解决了场地竖向矛盾，又创造出"林上拾阶"的秘境归家动线。

The spatial design innovatively resolves a 2-meter elevation disparity at the entrance via terrain engineering, transforming a vertical challenge into a serene, immersive "ascent through the woods" arrival experience that harmonizes topography with curated privacy.

景观叙事采用"隐翠洄游"设计策略，将雾森系统与原生植被进行虚实相生的空间编织，形成"一草一木皆成趣，一水一石总关情"的野趣意境。通过疏林草地的光影设计，营造出"四时景异，步移景换"的动态美学效果。

The "Hidden Green Meandering" strategy integrates mist forests and native plants into the landscape, while light-shadow interplay across woodlands and grasslands creates dynamic seasonal views that transform with every step.

该社区以生态共生为设计基础，通过雨水花园等海绵城市技术，实现自然资源的循环再生。

The community is designed based on ecological symbiosis, and realizes the recycling of natural resources through sponge city technologies such as rain gardens.

户型设计实现健康人居与景观资源最大化。户型面积段有100㎡三房两卫、125㎡四房两卫、140㎡四房两卫三种组合，提供多元化生活方式的专属选择。

The housing design optimizes healthy living and landscape access, offering three layouts: 100㎡ (3BR/2BA), 125㎡ (4BR/2BA), and 140㎡ (4BR/2BA) to accommodate diverse lifestyles.

• 南北双阳台：南向连接客厅与次卧，北向连接餐厅，形成对流风道，提升通风效率。

• 南向四开间：主卧、次卧、客厅全南向布局，最大化采光面，搭配南望河道景观及滨河公园，视野开阔。

• 主卧套房：独立卫浴+步入式衣帽间，保障私密性。

• 健康设计：阳台与室内空间通过大面积玻璃推拉门分隔，可完全打开，实现室内外空间渗透。北阳台可布置绿植或健身区，结合北向中心园林景观，打造家庭健康微环境。

The design features north-south dual balconies (living room/secondary bedroom), four south-facing rooms for optimal lighting, a master suite with private bath/walk-in closet, health-focused glass partitions, and a multifunctional north balcony blending greenery/fitness with garden views.

经典头排户型设计，南向四开间保证采光良好性，南望河道景观及滨河公园。

The classic front-row unit design features four south-facing rooms to ensure excellent lighting, with a southward view of the river course and riverside park.

• 南向四开间：客厅、主卧、两次卧全南向，南望河道景观，采光极佳。

• 动静分区：动区（客厅、餐厅、厨房）集中于一侧，静区（卧室）位于另一侧，减少干扰。

• 健康设计：主卧飘窗可改造为阅读或休闲区，结合自然光，提升心理舒适度。

• 厨房采用U型设计，操作台面充足，配备防滑地砖与易清洁墙面，符合医护家庭卫生需求。

The south-facing layout includes living room, master bedroom and two secondary bedrooms, with dynamic zones (living/dining/kitchen) clustered for activity separation, featuring a convertible master bedroom bay window, plus a U-shaped kitchen with anti-slip flooring and washable walls.

北向客厅直面中心园林，通过大面积落地窗引入景观，形成“客厅-园林”视觉通廊。南望河道景观及滨河公园，因地制宜以景观为价值主导。

North-facing living room's floor-to-ceiling windows frame the central garden, creating a visual corridor to the southern river park, embodying landscape-centric design.

南向三开间（客厅、主卧、次卧）全南向，南望河道景观，小面积段实现大采光。健康设计玄关设置独立储物区，可放置消毒设备，符合医护家庭卫生习惯。

The north-facing living room directly faces the central garden, with large-area floor-to-ceiling windows introducing the landscape, forming a visual corridor connecting "living room - garden".
